    There are some beautiful shots here. Think about printing some out and rewriting some of your entries to make a little book. I would especially expand the whole John Irving thing; I enjoyed your brief explanation (as well as the lovely shot of the paperback cover). You could work some of the details of your trip into your own short story, perhaps riffing off or critiquing the Irving one. Lots of possiblities here.
